The following will serve as a guide to help you during your stay.

Reminder: No pets or smoking are allowed inside the house.

Wifi

Key Code

●     There are no keys to the house. Your four-digit passcode is 8855

●     To open: Hit the big oval button at 6 pm, enter the four-digit code, then hit the big oval button at 6 pm again.

●     To lock: Hit the big oval button at 6 pm.

●     The Garage has the 4711 as a code. You will find beach toys, boogie boards, and other fun stuff there. Please keep it tidy and return what you take.

Parking

●     There are two spots in front of the Garage, side by side.

●     It is crucial that we do not block the entrance to the beach. Search and rescue use this entrance; it could be a matter of life/death.

●     Extra parking can often be found on Calle Del Arroyo. Please do not park on any other spots on Calle Del Ribera.

●     There is an EV charger to the left of the Garage. Please feel free to plug your EV charger into the 220 Volt outlet.

Water Usage

●     Stinson beach is on public water. But the wastewater we must truck to San Rafael. There is no septic or sewer system due to being on the beach! So be conscious of running water. If you want to enjoy a full-stream shower, please use the outdoor shower! It's awesome!

Waste//Septic Tank

●     In case you hear a beeping alarm at the front of the house near the garage door, there is a red button under the trash can platform that you need to push to silence it. Please call Zoe Feher at 415-868-2720 to get the tank pumped. That's why it is so important to let it mellow if it is yellow and not have more than 14 people staying in the house.

 Garbage

●     There are two garbage bins in the kitchen, to the right of the range — one for landfill garbage and one for compost. Bags are under the kitchen sink on the inside of the cabinet door.

●     In addition, two blue recycling bins can be found behind the cabinet between the refrigerator and the dishwasher to the right of the sink.

●     Trash pick-up is on Wednesday.

Sonos Sound System

●     To control Sonos: log into your music app, like Spotify or Amazon Music, and AirPlay the music to the Sonos system. There is a Sonos Move that you can take out onto the deck. Make sure to put it back onto the charging station after each use.

 TV/Remote

●     How to turn it on: Use the Samsung remote to turn the TV on and off.

●     How to find a movie: The Samsung remote lets you browse the different services. YouTub TV is the app for live streaming TV, including sporting events. Netflix is your movie channel.

Bike

●     The E-bikes may need to be charged. If you use them, please plug them in to recharge them.

●     If other bikes are needed, Fritz Bike rental in downtown Stinson has bikes for rent. Their number is 415-306-8864

Bedrooms

●     The house has three private bedrooms and a bunk room. It sleeps up to 14 people.

●     No more than ONE person in the TOP bed of bunks in the bunk room.

●     An extra mattress can be found on the trundle to be put on the floor.

Hot tub

●     Please use the foot bath to wash off any sand from your feet before you enter the Hot Tub.

●     The temperature is set at 99 Degrees. If you want to have it hotter, please make sure once you are done to turn it back to 99 Degrees.

●     After you are hot tubbing, please close up the Hot Tub cover.

●     The more you keep the back deck swept and clean, the less sand will get in the hot tub.

●     Extra hot tub cleanings cost us $175

Kitchen

●     The range in the kitchen is an induction range

●     The oven has two sections that can be controlled individually

How to use the coffee machine:

●     The coffee filters are in the cabinet next to the refrigerator.

●     Feel free to use any coffee that is at the house or bring your own

●     Make sure the coffee carafe is empty to avoid overflow!

●     One tablespoon per cup of coffee (Black Measuring spoon should be in the drawer)

●     Press the left knob once, and you will see either 2-4 or 5-9 cups to be brewed, turn the knob until you see the desired amount of coffee.

●     Push the button again until you see a water drop—that means it is on.

Grill

●     The gas grill is on the front main deck

●     Take the cover off and turn on the gas below

●     Turn the knob and push the ignitor to light the gas

●     When done, please ensure to turn off the gas below in addition to the front knobs

●     Before you go to bed, please cover the grill with the cover

●     Additional Gas Bottle is in the garage

 Wet Bar

●     Feel free to use the cocktail mixer

Miscellaneous

●     If it's yellow, let it mellow; if it's brown, flush it down. We must carry all our wastewater over the hill to San Rafael.

●     The shower to use is the outdoor shower, which has a nice strong water flow. The internal showers have special showerheads with very low water flow - aka more fun to take a shower outside.

●     Please clean the kitchen sink strainer after each use.  

●     Please clean the sweep of sand in the bunk room (and anywhere).

●     Keep doors mostly closed. The wind carries sand in and doors slam shut with the crosswind. 

●     Wipe feet as best as possible upon entering.

●     Feel free to use any games over by the blue game table; just please put them away correctly.

●     No bonfires are allowed on the beach.

Upon Departure: Checklist

●     Make sure that the Refrigerator and Wine Fridge are closed.

●     Hot tub, please ensure the temperature is at 99 degrees, not higher.

●     Make sure all Doors are locked.

●     Are the Lights off? (On the light switch Screen, there is an option All Lights Off, use it when you leave the house.)

●     Is the garage door locked?

●     Please strip all USED beds and put all USED towels and sheets in a pile next to the washer/dryer.
